Exhibitor Insurance

Each exhibitor is responsible for securing insurance coverage for participation in connection with NCBA’s Trade Show. Exhibitors should have insurance policies covering booth materials and/or equipment transporting from their home base to the show, vice versa, and also during the show. Exhibitors should also have public liability and property damage insurance, including product liability. Check your corporate insurance policy. Most policies will provide riders for such coverage at trade shows. Certificates are to name National Cattlemen’s Beef Association as additional insured with policy date through February 8, 2014. Coverage should be for comprehensive general liability of at least $1,000,000 per personal injury for each occurrence, $500,000 for property damage for each occurrence and full compliance of Workmen's Compensation. Please send your Certificate of Insurance to lliddicoat@beef.org.

  2. This is an informative post. I also have been planning to participate in annual trade show for advertising my new boutique. But I am having hard time in finding the designs for trade show displays. I want to make them look unique but informative too. If you have any ideas, please recommend.
