DISMANTLE AND MOVE-OUT INFORMATION

All exhibitor materials must be removed from the exhibit facility by Saturday, February 09, 2013 at 12:00 PM.

To ensure all exhibitor materials are removed from the exhibit facility by the Exhibitor Move-Out deadline, please have all carriers check-in by Saturday, February 09, 2013 at 10:00 AM.

POST SHOW PAPERWORK AND LABELS

Our Exhibitor Services Department will gladly prepare your outbound Material Handling Agreement and labels in advance. Be sure your carrier knows the company name and booth number when making arrangements for shipping your exhibit at the close of the show.

Booth Carpet

Booth carpet is not included in your booth space. However, floor covering in your booth space is required by Show Management. You are permitted to bring in your own carpet if you like, but rental carpet is available through Freeman. Order early to take advantage of advance order discount rates, place your order by January 14, 2013.

Freeman will accept crated, boxed or skidded materials beginning Monday, January 07, 2013, at the above address. Material arriving after January 28, 2013 will be received at the warehouse with an additional after deadline charge. Warehouse materials are accepted at the warehouse Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM.

Exhibitor Registration is OPEN

You are not automatically registered. You must register all people working your booth. All booth personnel must register online by January 11 or they will be charged a late fee. Exhibiting companies receive four (4) complimentary registrations for each 10x10 space purchased. Questions on registration can be directed to meetings@beef.org or 303-694-0305.
