Need Meeting Space during the NCBA Trade Show?

One of the many benefits of being an NCBA Trade Show exhibitor is that you can book meeting space during the convention at no additional charge.  So if you are having a small meeting or meal function, we can help you out.

To request meeting room space, please fill out the Meeting Room Request Form and return to Debbie Kaylor at dkaylor@beef.org by November 5th.

EXHIBITOR KIT, HOUSING & REGISTRATION

The online exhibitor kit, housing & registration for exhibitors will open on Monday, September 24.All booth personnel must be registered by January 11 or they will be charged a late fee. Exhibiting companies receive four (4) complimentary registrations for each 10x10 space purchased.

One benefit you get for exhibiting is a FREE 50-word product/service description and logo in the Beef Resource Guide, the official Cattle Industry Convention & NCBA Trade Show program.

Your FREE 50-word company description and logo is due to pmcfetters@beef.org by October 1.

Housing Scam Alert

**IMPORTANT HOTEL RESERVATIONS SERVICES ALERT**

It has been brought to our attention that a company called Global Hospitality has been contacting exhibitors claiming it can secure hotel rooms at lower rates than available through our room blocks. This company is NOT AUTHORIZED to represent the Cattle Industry Convention or NCBA NOR do they have access to officially contracted hotel room blocks or rates at any of the convention hotels.

Please be aware that other non-official housing companies may target you to make hotel reservations for the 2013 Cattle Industry Convention and NCBA Trade Show.  NCBA has contracted the Tampa Housing Bureau to be their sole hotel reservation services company for Cattle Industry Convention in Tampa, Florida.

Securing rooms with any other company other than NCBA 's Official Housing Bureau is at your own risk.  There have been instances in the past when similar companies have gone out of business after taking the reservation and deposit, leaving individuals without hotel rooms and lost deposits.  NCBA will not be held liable for any issues resulting from booking any rooms outside of the Official 2013 NCBA Housing Block. The Official Exhibitor Housing & Registration will open September 24, 2013.
